A Fresh New Year...

Welcome 2012.
In spite of the calculations of the Mayans, depictions in recent films and the warnings of  all the wonderful doomsday nutjobs, I fully and wholeheartedly welcome thee...

;-)


I have to say, that there is nothing more wonderful than a new year. I really enjoyed the gluttonous feasts of the holidays and the hustle and bustle of the streets, with all the lights and warm drinks and time spent with loved ones. But it is my particular favorite day on January 1st. The day I know that my life will return to normal pace and that some new and wonderful days are ahead! It just fills me with such joy. It gives me hope and restores my faith....in everything.

Last summers Dahlias remind us of what will come.

 So welcome 2012. So many new opportunities are knocking at my door today. I wish I could give more detail but nothing is set in stone, so to speak, and much like  birthday wish- I do not like to say it outloud until after it has come to fruition. You do understand, don't you?

 Personally, I am excited to have reached my health goals. I've lost 40 lbs in the last year. Thanks to my local planet fitness gym, my jack lalanne power juicer, and biggest loser videos that I did faithfully on days when I didn't feel like going to the gym. ;) I'm starting to feel pretty again. Its been far too long. Don't remember how I lost that but am so glad that its back.

 That's just one area in which I have found success in starting one year ago. Another is my happiness. I can attribute this to the exercise and diet. But I have energy like mad and I don't have the down days where I would be moved to tears for no reason. I am MOST glad that those days are gone! My life is too beautiful not to see it due to tears. So glad I can see clearly now....the rain is gone....;-)

 The business....wow...HOLY FRIJOLE indeed! We sold 130 of them since November! Like I said....WOW!  Its just wonderful finding success in something so small and silly. I love those stories the most!

 Thank you for reading and shopping with us in 2011, I had a lovely time getting to know people and hearing lots of wonderful feedback. I just know that 2012 will bring us closer, with you and with so many more new friends and we will have new joys to share with you. ;-)
